    They are so kind. Asked if everything was ok and gave my son a sticker. Wonderful customer service. Very clean. And quick.

    Congratulations to this McDonald's restaurant for the worst service ever! My wife and I had a little time to kill while we waited for our grandson to be dropped off. Thought we'd eat in the restaurant. We ordered on the self service machine inside. Two cheese burgers, a chocolate milk and a small decaf. No long list, no line up, no receipt...What?! No receipt? No big deal, saw the next order number come up and knew it would be ours. Went to the pick up counter and while we watched about a dozen staff practically trip over each other, we waited while order after order that were put in after us get picked up. 13 MINUTES LATER our order finally came out. I showed the gal at the counter my Apple Pay that showed how much time had elapsed and she said, "sorry for the delay". Delay? It was TWO CHEESE BURGERS! Never again! Ever! Oh yeah, one more thing ... they bagged our 'eat in' order.

    This star was generous..... I ordered a sausage morning mc wrap and a smoothie and was told to wait in a already full wait area. Then proceeded to have to go in for my food, then a straw and when I got home the food was wrong.....thanks

    Spruce Grove Mac   Some days the service is unbelievable slow and some of the staff are clueless when you have to count the change for them

    Drive-thru was extremely busy and very slow today.  As I mentioned in my previous review, this location has the updated drive-thru with the dual order boards.

    Today I waited nearly 5 minutes before I could even get to a menu board to place my order.  As I approached the order board I got asked to hold.  The order taker then proceeds to take TWO orders from the OTHER board before getting back with me.  This allowed a vehicle that entered drive-thru AFTER me to get IN FRONT of me.

    At the second window I ask to speak with a manager.  A kid in a manager's suit who barely looked 18 came to the window.  I explained my situation at the menu board.  He seemed to not really care.

    McDonald's has a SYSTEM.  This location today was very disorganized.

    The dual order boards have proven to be more of a source of grief than useful.  It's an idea that may look good on paper but does not work nearly as well in real life.

    I'm unlikely to return to this location any time soon.
